14-day full refund
If you're not happy with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you'll get the full amount back. This applies to every payment — a first purchase or a renewal, monthly or yearly. No reason needed.
How to ask
Email stormvite@gmail.com from the address you use to sign in, or reply to the receipt Paddle sent you. Include the date of the payment or the invoice number if you have it.
- Refunds are issued by Paddle, our reseller, to the original payment method.
- Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.
- When a refund is issued, the subscription it belongs to is cancelled and the plan ends straight away. Your account returns to Free; nothing is deleted.
Free trial
Your first Plus or Pro subscription starts with a free trial (the length is shown on the Pricing page). Cancel any time during the trial and you pay nothing. When the trial ends, the first payment is taken and your paid period starts that day; the 14-day refund window counts from that payment. The trial is offered once per account.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days aren't refunded, but you can cancel any time so that you aren't charged again. You keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for.
This doesn't limit any right you have under the consumer law of your country.
