The service
Todo & Timer is a personal to-do list with a focus timer, operated by Yunsong Feng, an individual. In these terms “we”, “us” and “our” mean Yunsong Feng, providing the service as Todo & Timer. Contact us at stormvite@gmail.com.
The core list and timer are free to use. Features marked Planned are not yet available and aren't part of any plan.
Your account
You're responsible for access to your email address, since it's how you sign in. Admin roles can't be obtained through sign-up.
Acceptable use
Attachments are for task context, not public file distribution. Don't upload unlawful content or malware, and don't use share links to distribute files at scale. We may pause uploads or sharing on an account that breaks these rules, with a reason and a way to appeal.
Plans and limits
Plans differ by the resources they include. When a paid or granted period ends, the account returns to Free; existing data stays readable and exportable, and only new items above Free limits are paused.
Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Plus and Pro are subscriptions billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the price shown at checkout. Sales tax or VAT is added where required. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel.
You can cancel at any time from Plan & billing (Manage subscription). Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. If a renewal payment fails, Paddle retries it for a short time before the subscription ends.
If we change a price, it applies to new purchases. We will tell you at least 14 days before a new price applies to an existing subscription, and you can cancel before it does.
Refunds are covered by our Refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of any payment.
Your content
You own what you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you.
Availability
We work to keep the service reliable, but browsers can't guarantee sounds or notifications while a device sleeps, and the service is provided without a formal uptime guarantee at this stage.
