No. There's no limit on focus rounds, pauses or custom lengths on any plan, and there never will be.

Yes. Read-only share links are part of every account. The shared page shows our branding; Plus can hide it.
Open Plan & billing and choose Manage subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for.
Yes. Ask within 14 days of any payment — first purchase or renewal — and you'll get the full amount back. See the Refund policy.
Your account returns to Free without deleting data. Existing files and templates remain available to use and delete. New uploads require Plus; saving new templates follows the Free limit.
