20-minute weekly review timer
Close out the week in 20 minutes: 5 to look back, 10 to decide, 5 to plan next week.
**5 minutes: look back.** Open your calendar and completed tasks. Spot what took longer than expected and what has slipped for weeks. You don’t need a full time log.
**10 minutes: decide.** For each slipping task, choose: continue, shrink, clarify or drop. If someone is waiting on it, tell them.
**5 minutes: plan.** Check next week’s fixed commitments first, then fit a few real priorities into the gaps.
The goal is a workable week, not an empty inbox.
