Write it down. Focus on one. Finish it.
A free to-do list where any task can become a focused round. Start right here — no sign-up.
How it works
Write down what's on your mind
Add tasks in a line each. Paste a whole list and they're split for you.
Pick one and start a round
25 minutes on a single task. Pause if life interrupts; nothing is lost.
Decide: done, or another round?
When time's up you choose. The timer ending and the task finishing are separate things.
Where your tasks are saved
Without an account
Tasks stay in this browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded. Clearing site data removes them, so export if they matter.
With a free account
Your lists sync between devices and keep working offline. You can bring over what you started as a guest.
Start from a template
Original starter lists you can copy and adapt.
Weekly review
Close the week in about 45 minutes: clear loose ends, look at what happened, choose what matters next.
Exam preparation
Turn one exam into small, focusable study blocks — from mapping the syllabus to a final timed practice.
Writing a report
From a blank page to a sent report, with drafting and editing kept in separate rounds.
Moving house
A practical moving checklist in three phases, so nothing important is left for the last evening.
Common questions
Is it really free?
Yes. The to-do list and focus timer are free to use, with no limit on rounds. Paid plans only add more room for lists, files and history.
Do I need an account?
No. You can use it right away; tasks are saved in your browser. An account adds sync across devices.
What if I close the tab while the timer runs?
The timer uses the real clock. When you come back it records the one round that was running — it doesn't invent extra rounds. Browsers can't always play a sound while a device sleeps.
Can I use it in Chinese?
Yes. Switch between English and Chinese at any time without losing your place or stopping the timer.
