Go through the last three months of bank, card and payment-app statements
Check your app store’s subscriptions page and email receipts
Don’t miss services that charge once a year

List each one 3

Note name, price, cycle, next renewal date and who bills you
Note when you last used it
Look up any charge you don’t recognise before deciding

Decide 2

Before cancelling, export any files or data you want to keep
Cancel where you are billed (app store or website) — deleting the app doesn’t count

Wrap up 2

Save the cancellation confirmation and note when charges should stop
For subscriptions you keep, set a reminder before the next renewal
