Why does it show the time of day?
In an exam hall candidates look up to check the clock. The big clock shows the time of day; the time left is right under it.
Will it warn before the end?
Yes. The screen turns amber 15 minutes before the end and red at 5, and a notice with a chime appears at 30, 15 and 5 minutes left.
Can it follow a timetable with several subjects?
Yes. Make an exam timetable (subject, start and end time): it starts and ends each subject by the clock, with nothing to press, and can't be paused by mistake.
